• On October 14, 2011 3003 Kalakaua Ave. 12B Sold for $3,400,000 Cash
• On December 8, 2011 Diamond Head Apartments 403/404 Sold for $4,463,300 Cash
• On December 16,2011 3019 Kalakaua 8 Sold for $3,400,000 Cash
• ON January 19,2012 Colony Surf 1403/1404/1405 went under contract with an asking price of $3,050,000

We'll see what the rest of the year has in store for us, however it appears quality Gold Coast Condos above $3 million are in high demand lately...
