Kawaihae Crescent West are definitely some largest and most affordable townhomes in Hawaii Kai. The units are several stories and most are very spacious with 1400-1500 square feet under roof and they feel like a home once inside. They also come with ample parking. Since the project was built in 1973, you see all types of upgrades from original condition to those that are done up "over the top." I would have to say Kawaihae Crescent is one of the best values for the price per square foot in Hawaii Kai, with the other two projects being Kawaihae Crescent East and Mariners Village III.
