Home sales in Downtown-Nuuanu were up 125%, going from 4 sales in July, 2023 to 9 this past month. Downtown - Nuuanu also saw the largest increase in median sales price, which was up 41%. Last year, the median price was $1,082,500 and this past month it was $1,525,000
Local Neighborhood Report for Condos
Condo Sales in Kalihi Palama saw the largest increase year over year, going from 6 to 11 sales, which was an 83% increase. The Windward Coast of Oahu saw the largest appreciation, which was up 128%. In July of 2023, the median sales price was only $169,000 and this past month it was at $385,000.
