A portion of Black Point is a private gated community that offers a private salt water pool that is similar to those found off the coast of Australia. It’s always been an exclusive community and the one Tom Selleck chose to call home during the years of Magnum P.I. There’s a mix of bungalow styled homes that date back to the 1930’s as well as some really incredible estates. Some offer incredible oceans views, while others have none.
