Currently, there are 355 condo listings in Kakaako (excluding parking and storage units), and their maintenance fees range dramatically:

  • 139 condos have fees under $1,000/month

  • 161 fall between $1,000 and $2,000/month

  • 34 are between $2,000 and $3,000/month

  • 25 units exceed $3,000/month

The Extreme Ends of the Spectrum
