Aloha! Here I am at Makaha Surfside. I just wanted to show you what you get for a 1 bedroom in an oceanfront building in Makaha. It's not a bad view here, when you come off the parking structure to enter building B. Check out this view directly behind me. It's hard to beat living on the ocean.

This is unit B303 From a lot of the people I've been talking to, it's one of the preferred buildings. What's selling you right away are the views as it's direct oceanfront. We're in May and just got through some rain and the sun is finally out. This is the view off of the lanai here. We've got a window AC unit.

The kitchen was recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances. There's a ceramic tile floor. The upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom include quartz countertops, new cabinets and a refinished bathtub.

There's a closet off the hallway, which could be covered or used as storage. In the back of the unit is the bedroom, which has jalousie windows for ventilation and a closet.
