Want to know a little secret? I’ve often had Buyers ask me, “What specific neighborhoods can you find homes done by Vladimir Ossipoff on Oahu?” Although he’s done some incredible homes all over the island and other parts of the state, one of the neighborhoods you can most likely find a high concentration is Waialae Nui Ridge.
New Ossipoff Listing
This week we saw a new listing hit the market:
Waialae Nui Ridge home (MLS# 201407143) designed by Ossipoff recently listed for $1,350,000
Unlike most homes on the hill that have a Halekoa Drive address, this one is located on Alaeloa St., which is a more quiet street. One of the advantages of living on this ridge is its proximity to Kahala. I’ve literally had friends jokingly refer to it as “Kahala Heights.” However, one thing this ridge has that Kahala doesn’t are the incredible views.

In addition to the views, the elevation and cooling from the prevailing tradewinds offer a comfortable living that are ideal for the indoor/outdoor design of most of Ossipoff’s homes.

As I said earlier, there are a number of Ossipoff homes on the ridge, however, they just don’t come up that often. It’s been awhile since I wrote an article on one as well. This one most likely won’t last long.
