Kuapa Isle and Koko Isle Condos Wanted
What we're going to be covering today are actually 2 separate places: Kuapa Isle and Koko Isle in Hawaii Kai. These are both highly sought after in that you have marinafront living in a town home style setting on the water and it's just really hard to beat. If you've followed my Monday Market Updates over the last several months, you can tell that there's very sparse inventory out there in these 2 projects.
Only 1 For Sale on the Marina
As I was gearing up for this today, there was one that actually just hit the market yesterday at Kuapa Isle. It's going to be a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit for $1,360,000. Then, over at Koko Isle, there's only 1 unit for sale and that's $1.3 million for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. However, that one is not even on the water. As far as marinafront units go at these 2 projects go, at these 2 projects there's only 1 on the market. Prior to yesterday, there was nothing. That's why I was gearing up for this.
Hawaii Kai Boat Parade
I think what may have sparked some interest is I had the pleasure of checking out the Hawaii Kai Boat Parade, which is an annual occurrence. It's an awesome event they throw every year in Hawaii Kai. It's very unique to Hawaii. You do see these all over the mainland. What's nice is you can sit at your unit if you're on the water and watch this boat parade go by. around the Christmas holidays.
Marina Life in Hawaii Kai
That's one of the many perks of living on the water in Hawaii Kai. You can have a boat dock out your back door, you can take a boat out the ocean, you can take it surfing, you can ride it to Costco or Safeway or to have a nice dinner. It's really hard to beat the marina lifestyle in Hawaii Kai.
With that said, there's only 1 unit for sale in each one of these projects today that is for sale. So, if you know someone that is looking to sell their marinafront place at either Kuapa Isle or Koko Isle, have them give us a shout because we need inventory. I can be reached at 808-371-3509. Mahalo!
