1133 Waimanu is one of the more affordable condominium complexes in Kakakaako. It's a fraction of the price of some of Kakaako's high end luxury condos. It's set in what has traditionally been an industrial area that is in the process of getting redeveloped. It's location is very convenient. Although the building itself doesn't have many amenities (which keeps the maint. fees low), there are so many places within walking distance such as the shops at Victoria Ward Centers, the Neal Blaisdell Center and other amenities along Kapiolani and Ala Moana Boulevards (Waimanu runs parallel in between the two).
