Neighborhood Information about Waipahu Triangle: Waipahu Triangle is a Waipahu neighborhood shaped like a long triangle that is bordered by Waipahu Street Exit and Farrington Highway and comes to a point to the west off Paiwa Street, ending at Bill Balfour Jr. District Park (also shaped like a triangle). The park was named after Bill Balfour, the former head of Parks and Recreation for Oahu. There, you have basketball and tennis courts along with a swimming pool. There's even a boxing club and Waipahu has produced a lot of great boxers over the years.

Waipahu Triangle is also surrounded by Waipahu Lower on both the mauka (mountain) and makai (ocean sides).
