Nearly a year ago I wrote an article about how there were only 15 developer units left at the Ilikai. That was actually the "top floor block" of the 22nd-25th floors. Now the final block has been released which is the 2nd floor, where you have larger lanais. There's been a delay in the launch, however this batch is ready to go now and awaiting new owners!
