I have had the pleasure of working with David Buck when selling my Diamond Head home. The house had a wonderful location and showed very well, however it was not your typical home and had a few challenges. The home was a one bedroom main house and one bedroom detached cottage, it had limited parking and was on a noisier part of the road.
