Kahala Gardens is definitely the smallest of all condo/townhome project in Kahala, with just 16 units, all of which are 2 bed. Although built in 1959, I never saw it pop up on the radar the first several years I've been selling real estate here on Oahu. There has been some activity in the last several years however.
Kahala Gardens is located next to Blockbuster video on Hunakai St., and is right across the street from Kahala Mall. Since the unit is such a small project, inventory seldom becomes available for sale.
