Neighborhood Information about Mailii Sea Country: Sea Country is a master planned development in Maili by DR Horton built in various phases from 1998 to 2017. What's cool about living in Sea Country is having your own General Store, which is a convenience store for residents. There's also a community park, club house and pool. Kaimalino

Homes in Kaimalino were completed in 2005 and range from a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home at 1,062 square feet and go up to larger 3 and 4 bedroom homes at 1,453 square feet.

Makalae 1 & 2

Makalae was built in 2 phases. Makalae 1 had homes completed between 2010 and 2013 and Makalae 2 homes overlapped in 2013 and were built through 2015. Both phases of Makalae have homes that start at 1,116 square feet. These are attached "duplex style" dwellings. From there, both phases go up to a 1,900 square foot detached single family home.

Nohokai

Nohokai was built between 2007 and 2009 and start with a detached, zero lot line home at 1,331 square feet with staggered two car garages. From there, there's various floor plans in Nohokai all the way up to a 4 bedroom (and 5th bedroom option) up to 1,866 square feet. These have a standard 2 car gaarage.

Palekai

Palekai was the 2nd phase in Sea Country built between 2003 and 2003. These start at 3 bedrooms and 2.5 or 3 bathroom options at 1,193 square feet and run up to a 3 bedroom floor plan of over 1,600 square feet. All of the homes built in Palekai were 3 bedrooms.

Pookela

Pookela is where the first Sea Country homes were built on the upslope of Kaukama Road in 1998. This is also where the last homes were built in Sea Country at the makai end of Oheohe St. in 2017. Homes here in Pookela range from 1,096 square feet and go up to 1,529 square feet of living area.
