The Oahuan Ltd. was built in 1956 before statehood and condo law in Hawaii. Originally on leasehold land owned by the Maertens family, Oahuan owners have been offered to buy the fee simple interest in recent years from the HOA. Even the ones that are fee simple are relatively inexpensive compared to other condos in Makiki. Part of the reason is this units at Oahuan don't come with parking.
There's a nice swimming pool on site for Oahuan residents to enjoy and there's also a community laundry facility. Anything offers for sale in MLS we have listed below. Whether buying or selling at Oahuan or other condos in Makiki, feel free to reach out to one of our Realtors to see how we can assist you.
