Harbor Pointe is a townhouse project in Pearlridge near Pearlridge Shopping Center. It's relatively new compared to most of the Pearlridge condos and town homes built in the 1970's. Since it was built in 1986, you won't have any lead based paint and/or asbestos in the construction materials. It was built with a combination of concrete and wood framed construction.
