Raised in a coastal surf town in Florida by a single mother in real estate, David was introduced to the industry at an early age. Long before earning his real estate license, he was door-knocking neighborhoods, handing out flyers, and watching firsthand how trust and relationships became the foundation of a successful career.

By the age of fourteen, David was working in construction and landscape design, where he developed a lasting appreciation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the way a well-designed property can shape everyday life.

He later spent more than a decade in hospitality, training under Culinary Institute of America–trained chefs, where he learned that exceptional service lies in anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and executing every detail with care. Those principles continue to shape his approach to real estate today.

Drawn to Hawaii by its lifestyle and culture, David returned to the profession that first inspired him, bringing together his background in construction, design, and hospitality to better serve his clients. His experience includes representing buyers and sellers of condominiums, investment properties, luxury residences, and land throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Outside of real estate, David has spent years designing and maintaining custom koi ponds and aquatic systems for some of Hawaii’s most remarkable estate properties. That experience deepened his appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, outdoor living, and the details that clients often value most in a home.

Today, David serves clients across Oahu with Harcourts Island Real Estate, combining local market knowledge with a hospitality-first approach to every transaction. Whether representing buyers, sellers, or investors, he believes exceptional representation begins with listening, earning trust, and delivering an experience that feels seamless from start to finish.
