Neighborhood information on Niu Valley: Niu Valley is located in east Honolulu between Hawaii Loa Ridge and Kuliouou. The main road that feeds the valley is Halemaumau. Niu Valley is similar to Aina Haina in that there is a strip mall in the center of the valley, however not as large as Aina Haina shopping center. At Niu Valley shopping center, you can find some nice dining with restaurants such as Le Bistro, Gyotaku and Lung Fung. There's also a rare Kentucky Fried Chicken for those of you looking for something faster.

The real estate in Niu Valley is similar to Aina Haina's in that the flat, level lots in the middle of the valley are zoned R-10.
