The Central Ala Moana was developed by SamKoo Hawaii, the same developer that did Kapiolani Residence earlier. They followed a similar development plan in offering 310 reserved/affordable housing units, which consisted of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. There were an additional 202 market rate condos for sale that were unrestricted and therefore where you see most of the resales taking place.
