Commodore Waikiki is technically not in Waikiki, however it's just on the west side of the Ala Wai Canal near Ala Moana. It was originally a low rise apartment building built in 1947, however the units were converted to fee simple condos and sold off in 2015 by Commodore, LLC to individual owners.
Commodore Waikiki is now a boutique low-rise building that consists of 32 one-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom & 1 studio, plus 4 penthouse units w/spacious lanai. Not all of the units come with parking stalls and they are separately deeded. There's community laundry on site, which is one of the few amenities, helping keep the maintenance fees relatively low.
Since Commodore Waikiki is a boutique building, there's not always something for sale. Below you'll find the latest available listings (if available). If you think Commodore Waikiki is right for you or are thinking of selling a unit at Commodore Waikiki, feel free to contact us for more information.
