Capitol Place offers some of the best amenities in all of Honolulu, especially when it comes to downtown. Several of the developers of this building (MacNaughton and Kobayashi Groups) have had a good track record in bringing quality projects to market. This is a scaled down version (size of units) of their Hokua project in Kakaako which knocked the ball out of the park. The third developer was Pfleuger Automotive Group which owns the Pacific Honda Dealership at street level. They also own a good chunk of the parking stalls in the building that are currently leased to the public. Don't worry - there's plenty of assigned parking included with units in addition to guest parking.

Similar to Hokua, Capitol Place has one of the nicest fitness centers in all of Honolulu. There's also a movie theater and several other break out rooms. There's also a great infinity pool and handful of cabanas for barbecuing. Did I mention pet friendly? There's also a doggie park! 

If you're looking for a secured building in Downtown Honolulu, this is the place. Every key fob is individually coded and they can track your every move. For example, they will know Mr. Smith went up elevator #2 at 11:03 AM and at 2:15 PM he went to the pool area. Some may think it's creepy, however I think it's one of the best systems out there to ensure the safety of all the residents. The building also has it's own server and the units are all hard wired with Cat 5 wiring for high speed internet.
