Neighborhood Information about Halawa: Halawa is unique to Oahu in that it's made up of homes and condos that can fall within 1 of 3 cities. They can either have an Aiea, Honolulu or Pearl City address and all of the real estate in Halawa basically surrounds the intersection of H-1, H-3 and Moanalua Highways. There's single family homes as well as several condo projects such as Alii Plantation, Centre Court and Crosspointe.
