Neighborhood Information about Pacific Palisades: Pacific Palisades is a residential neighborhood in Pearl City at the top of Komo Mai Drive. Most of the homes were built in the 1960's, however later phases came on on Lanikeha Place in the 1980's and Akepa St. in the 1980's and into the 2000's. Most of the original homes were single level, ranch style houses and the newer homes were 2 stories.
Within Pacific Palisades, there's a community park next to Palisades Elementary School and there's also a nice hiking trail at the top of Komo Mai Drive.
