Neighborhood Information about Momilani: Momilani is a residential neighborhood adjacent to Upper Pearl City and is just north of Pearl City Highlands Elementary and Pearl City District Park. The majority of the homes were built between the late 1950's and late 1960's, however some have been torn down and rebuilt and others remodeled over the years. Most of the these original builds were single level ranch style homes on R-5 zoned lots ranging from 5,000-7,000 square feet.
