Neighborhood Information about Pearlridge: Pearlridge is a neighborhood off of Kaonohi St. in Aiea. This page features the detached single family homes in Pearlridge. For more information on condos and town homes, feel free to visit our Pearlridge Condo page.

Now, regarding the homes, most were built on the mauka (mountain) side of H-1 as mentioned earlier off of Kaonohi. However there were some older homes built in the 1950's off of Hale Momi Place. The next phase of homes were built at the top of the ridge in the late 1960's through early 1970's and the 3rd phase was some CPR homes at the very top built in the 1980's called Nahalekeha. The 4th and final phase was on the lower part of the ridge off Puaalii St. in the 1990's. 

With the various housing products in Pearlridge to chose from, there's not always something for sale as these homes don't turn over that often.
