The Colony Surf is the largest of all the buildings on the Gold Coast. It's 20 stories high and has 173 units (a number of which have been combined together). It sits right next door to the Outrigger Canoe Club and shares the same beach. Another great feature of this landmark building is Michel's Restaurant which has been there since since 1962 and was once named the "most romantic restaurant" by Robin Leach's Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

*The building has been in the process of trying to convert from Co-op to Condo over the last several years.

**The owners are financing the Fee Purchase on remaining parcels.
