Diamond Head @ Pualei consists of 3 buildings & 105 units total: The Lanai, The Leilani and The Manor. These buildings were the last remaining "apartment" buildings in Pualei circle consisting of one owner & all tenants. In 1999, Bay West acquired the buildings, gutted them and sold them off as Fee Simple Condos in 2000. This tremendously elevated the value of Pualei Circle in that it boosted the number of owner occupants and pride of ownership. Many of these units have since doubled in value! In addition, what's great about these is they are pet friendly which helps for resale value.

The Lanai | 3103 Pualei Circle

The Lanai features 30 units on 3 stories (10 per floor) and is located at the back left of Pualeii Circle between Hale Pua Lei and the Ilima Apartments. Although the address is 3103 Pualei Circle, residents can access The Lanai from Kanaina Ave. on the back side of the building and some even use an address of 3773 Kanaina Ave.

The Leilani | 3030 Pualei Circle

The Leilani is my favorite building and sits right in the middle of the circle. It's 3 levels high: you enter the 1st level on the front or ocean side of the building and access the 2nd & 3rd levels from the backside. The majority of the units on the 1st two levels are 1 bedroom units, with the exception of the end units. The 3rd level is comprised of all 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 story units, with the end units being the largest (20 % larger with a private balcony). I've sold the best end unit twice in the building and believe this has some features that outweigh some Gold Coast listings.  It's pet friendly, has parking, easier to finance & you get so much more living area for your money.

The Manor | 3083 Pualei Circle

The Manor is a 3 story walk up building with 6 units per floor and is located behind The Leilani between the Ilima Apartments and Pua Leahi. Although the original development referenced the address of 3083 Pualei, similar to the Lanai, some owners have changed their address to 3805 Kanaina Ave. as The Manor fronts both Pualei Circle and Kanaina Ave.
