Neighborhood Information about Triangle: Triangle is a neighborhood in Hawaii Kai adjacent to Portlock and Koko Kai. Some of the homes boarder Kalanianaole Hwy. and others wrap around Koko Head Elementary school. The ones closest to Koko Head will typically have some nice ocean views, whereas the ones in the flats do not. There's also a nice community park adjacent to the school. The ones closer to the ocean have close access to the beach through the public right of ways on Portlock Road. What's also nice is the proximity to Hanauma Bay for snorkling and Koko Marina Shopping Center across the highway for food and entertainment.

Homes in Triangle typically won't fetch a high a price as Portlock or Koko Kai, however it's still a great value in my opinion as those two neighborhoods bring up the value.
