Wheeler Army Airfield
Wheeler Army Airfield is located in Central Oahu's Wahiawa and named after Major Sheldon Harley Wheeler. It used to be called Wheeler Air Force Base until the Army took it over in 1991. Schofield Barracks is the sister base in Wahiawa.

Mililani and Wahiawa will be the closest neighborhoods, however many military families commute to Ewa Beach, Kapolei and Makakilo to get a little newer construction at a more affordable price.
