These homes can range from 1-4 bedrooms, however the majority of these Lofts homes are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Interior living area ranges from 1,006 to 1,179 square feet. Rather than a 2 car garage like most Ewa Gentry communities, the Loft have attached carports. There's also a small maintenance fee for the Lofts home owners, which covers the common areas.
