Neighborhood Information about Westloch Fairway: Westloch Fairway was the 2nd West Loch neighborhood developed in Ewa Beach and is located across West Loch Golf Course from its predecessor, Westloch Estates. In addition to the first homes sold in 1992, Westloch Fairway has a condo project named West Loch Fairway, where condos were delivered that year as well. From there, the remaining single family homes were built through 1994, where the premium lots were the ones sold on the golf course.
