Neighborhood Information about Ewa Gentry's Kula Lei: Kula Lei is an Ewa Gentry community nestled between Kapolei Parkway and Coral Creek Golf Course. Some of the homes on Maohaka Place and Kuhialoko Street front the golf course. Most of the homes in Kula Lei were built between 1996-1999, however some weren't completed until the early 2000's. Kula Lei is also Ewa Gentry's first community with a Hawaiian name.

There are a number of floor plans through out Kula Lei that range from 3 to 6 bedrooms and range from a single level 1,092 square foot home up to a 2 story, 1,871 square foot option. Home owners at Kula Lei are subject to the overall Ewa by Gentry association fees, however there isn't an additional maintenance fee like some other later developed communities have.
