Neighborhood Information about Ewa Gentry's Cypress Point: Cypress Point is one of Ewa Gentry's smaller, yet more high end neighborhoods in Ewa Beach. Situated on Kuanoo St., most of the homes in Cypress Point were built in 2007 and 2008 before the market correction and others were finished in 2016. Half of the homes front the Hawaii Prince Golf Course.

As mentioned earlier, these Cypress Point homes were originally a little more luxurious relative to other Ewa by Gentry neighborhoods in that they are on larger 7,700 square foot lots (on average, some are larger) and the homes themselves range from 2,513 square feet all the way up to 3,781 square feet. These are definitely on the larger size for the Ewa Beach home builder deliveries of the 21st Century.
