Neighborhood Information about Ewa Gentry's Woodbridge: Woodbridge is a unique Ewa by Gentry neighborhood in that is was built in 2 separate phases and locations. The first homes were built around 2002-2004 between Carriages and the newer Makamae community. The 2nd phase ran from 2004-2006 a few miles down the road next to Prescott and Montecito/Tuscany.

The homes in Woodbridge range in size from just over 2,000 square feet all the way up to a 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout at 3,298 square feet. The bulk of the homes however range from 2,667 to 2,703 square feet, no matter which phase they were built.

Woodbridge homes have their own TMK (Tax Map Key) and are on R-5 zoned lots over 5,000 square feet. They also have a nominal HOA to the Ewa by Gentry Community Association and the 1st phase is right across from the street from the office and the Thomas H. Gentry Community Park.
