Neighborhood Information about Kailua Bluffs: Kailua Bluffs is a neighborhood that features some of the newer constructed homes in Kailua, which were built from the late 1980's through early 2000's. Although not necessarily “new” construction, it’s all relative as Kailua is one of the most sought after communities on Oahu. There’s only so much land that has been zoned for residential housing, which is what “keeps Kailua, Kailua.”

Kailua Bluffs is located further mauka (inland) from Keolu Hills and has close access to Kalanianaole Hwy. Due to topography, most of the homes in Kailua Bluffs have views of some sort, which can include ocean views, views toward Kaneohe Marine Base or views of Mount Olomana. Additionally, a large portion of the homes are on multi-levels, so single level homes are harder to come by. Kailua Bluffs also has a condo project named Kaopa Park Place located on Kahako St.
