Neighborhood Information about Olomana: Olomana is the neighborhood south of where Kalanianaole Hwy. intersects Kailua Road. It's just past Maunawili as you're heading to Kailua town. Olomana is also across Kalanianaole Hwy. from Pohakupu. You'll know you're in either Olomana or Pohakupu in that all of the streets start with "Ulu". 

Olomana also has the beauty of backing up to Mount Olomana. Also, within Olomana, you'll find Maunawili Elementary and Olomana is home to the Honolulu Fire Department's station #39. David was stationed there for a short period during his time served with HFD.

Most of the homes in Olomana were built in the 1960's and were ranch style mid century modern homes. The lots are mostly just over 7,500 sq. ft. zoned R-7.5.
