I always say that the prime real estate was built on first and if you can't afford to live in Beachside or Lanikai, Kuulei Tract is probably the next best thing.

Kailua District Park and Kailua Elementary are also located in Kuulei Tract. Safety isn't to far away either as Kailua's Fire Station #18, the Police Station and EMS is right across Kailua Road from Kuulei Tract.
