Neighborhood Information about Kukanono: Kukanono is in upper Kailua past Maunawili and Olomana. It's across Kailua Road from Pohakupu adjacent to Castle Hospital. The main streets in Kukanono are Manu Mele and Manu Aloha. Most of the homes in Kukanono were built in the early 1960's as ranch style homes.
