The Colony at the Peninsula consists of 3 buildings built by Standford Carr Development completed between 2004-2006. These were the last phase of the Peninsula development, which is listed as a separate condo project. Building 1 has 24 units per floor for 96 units total. While Buildings 2 and 3 have 28 per floor or 112 each per building. All three buildings are similar in architecture and centered around a common area courtyard.
