Neighborhood information on Kai Nani: Kai Nani is located off Kalanianaole Hwy. between the neighborhoods of Waialae Golf Course and Aina Haina Beach. The main roads are Kaimoku Way and Kaimoku Place. They are pretty quiet streets as most the traffic are the residents going to and from their homes. However, some do back up to Kalanianaole Hwy and can be a little noisier. A good portion of the homes wrap around and front the Golf Course. In addition, there are some oceanfront homes which fetch the highest prices.

Since the neighborhood is quite a bit smaller than Waialae Golf Course's, inventory is typically pretty tight. There are also many people that aren't even away of this being it's own neighborhood as it's so easy to pass by and overlook. What's also nice is just across the highway, residents can walk to Waialae Iki park for all kinds of activities.
