Neighborhood Information about Crown Terrace: Crown Terrace is on the northern side of Haiku Road between Kahekili and Kamehameha Highways across from He'eia Elementary School, He'eia Neighborhood Park and Windward Mall. Most of the homes in Crown Terrace were built in the 1960's and 1970's, however there are some newer ones that have been built over the years. They were also originally single level "ranch style" homes on either R-5 or R7.5 zoned lots.
Outside of being close to He'eia Elementary School mentioned earlier, Crown Terrace residents are also fairly close to King Intermediate and Castle High School. Also, with close proximity to Kahekili Hwy., access to Honolulu isn't far once you get to Likelike Hwy. You can also take Kamehameha Hwy. to access the North Shore via the scenic route through the Windward Coast.
