Neighborhood Information about Matson Point: Matson Point is a small collection of homes in Kaneohe bordered by Kahaluu Pond on the west and Kam Hwy Makai. The main streets within Matson Point are Lihikai and Laenani Drives which criss cross and intersect. Although some homes were built in the 1980's, many of the recent sales at Matson Point were built in the 2000's. Most of these lots within Matson Point are also zoned R-5.

Matson Point is such a special community bordered by water on both sides. Since there's not many homes there in general, homes for sale in Matson Point don't pop up that often.
