As you stroll through Kaneohe Town, you'll notice traits of older, more established neighborhoods on Oahu in that lots of the street have no sidewalks and there's overhead utilities. As I always say, most of the best real estate was developed first. Although an older development, there's a reason why homes were built here when they were. Kaneohe Town also has its own police station and is home to the Honolulu Fire Department's Station 17, where David has worked during his firefighter days.
What is great about living in Kaneohe Town is its proximity to all the office, retail and restaurant establishments in town. It's also one of Kaneohe's larger MLS neighborhoods, so there's typically something for sale. In addition to the single family homes for sale, Cliff View Terrace is a condo project located within Kaneohe Town and can be seen as more of an affordable option.
