Neighborhood Information about Valley Estates: Valley Estates is a neighborhood in Kaneohe adjacent to Ahuimanu set back off Kahekili Hwy. Most of the homes are on Kapehe Street, Kapehe Pace or Ahuimanu Road and were originally built in the 1960's and 1970's. in addition to the detached single family homes, there's some attached dwellings in a CPR project rightfully named Valley Estates (as well).
