Hawaiiana Gardens is a 3 story walk up condo building in Waikiki. Built in 1950 (prior to statehood), this once apartment building was converted to individual condos awhile back and there's more units than parking stalls, so not all of the owners have deeded parking. There's community laundry on site at Hawaiiana Gardens.
