Not to be confused with Palms Inc. on Nahua St., Palms at Waikiki is a condotel at 1850 Ala Moana Blvd. Originally built in 1970, this was a condo conversion in 2005 when Laeroc Waikiki Parkside LLC sold off the units as individual condos. Comprise primarily of studio (hotel sized) units, there are some also some 1 bedroom units that become available for sale on occasion. Most of the Palms at Waikiki condos do not come with deeded parking, however some do become available.
Palms at Waikiki features a front desk in the lobby as well as a nice swimming pool overlooking Ala Moana Blvd. There's also a fitness center on site. Since this is considered a condotel, Palms at Waikiki condos can be tricky to finance. If you're thinking about owning a Palms at Waikiki condo or are thinking of selling, feel free to contact one of our Waikiki Realtors for more information.
