The Pacific Monarch is a condotel building in Waikiki. Built in 1980, the units were originally leasehold, however are now fee simple. There's a front desk in the lobby and it's got a great rooftop deck with swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and view all around.

Since the building is set up like a hotel, these individual condos make great vacation rentals and are a nice option for a 2nd homeowner that wants to rent them out and then use them when they come to town. Owner occupancy is very low in the building due to the high demand for investors and the units not coming with parking stalls (reserved for hotel pool).
