The Watermark was built in 2008 and developed by Intracorp out of San Diego. There are 38 floors at The Watermark with 6 units per floor. Situated along the Ala Wai Canal, most of the high floor units at the Watermark have views of not only the canal, but ocean views over Ala Moana facing west.
Outside of having a great location at the west end of Waikiki near Ala Moana, The Watermark has several acres of lush grounds and amenities. There’s also an ample amount of guest parking. The only downside to The Watermark is the parking structure is separate from the building, so once you park your car you need to get over to the main tower.
Most of the condos in the Watermark are 2 bed, 2 bath units, however there’s some nice 3 bed units found in the '05 stacks. If you’re looking to buy at The Watermark, everything on the market is listed below. We can also assist in selling your Watermark condo for top dollar, so feel free to contact us for more information.
