Parkview is located on the east end of Waikiki near the Honolulu Zoo and many of the units have views over Kapiolani Park. Built in 1967, prior to Crescent Park across Kuhio Ave., Parkview is similar for the following two reasons.First off, there's a mix of fee simple and leasehold units within the building.
