Marina Gardens is one of the oldest buildings in Waikiki, built in 1950 (prior to statehood). These were originally apartment buildings converted to condos by Irongate and sold off between 2010-2017. Located next door to The Watermark, Marina Gardens consists of two 3 story walk up buildings at 1621 and 1627 Ala Wai Blvd.
Outside of community laundry, there isn't much in the ways of amenities at Marina Gardens. However, this is a great location on the west end of Waikiki. If you're looking for an affordable entry level condo in Waikiki with lower maintenance fees, Marina Gardens could be something to consider. Contact one of our Waikiki agents if you're thinking of buying or selling at Marina Gardens.
